Moving Forward
Creating a visual technique package can be one of the most difficult skills to develop in a well-rounded program, and can be even harder to improve as the ensemble continues to grow and mature. Whether you're looking to establish a visual technique for your marching ensemble, or take your existing visual program to the next level, Full Spectrum Drill Design can help! For over 10 years I have been helping ensembles of all sizes and abilities improve their visual programs using proven techniques that are easy for to understand and incorporate into weekly rehearsals. Do you have a young staff, or instructors that are uncomfortable working with an ensemble of your caliber? Full Spectrum Drill Design is here to help your staff as well! I believe that well-rounded visual programs are rooted in well rounded and educated staff members. That's why, for me, working with your staff is just as important as teaching your students.
